Case Study - Manny

Manny is a 28 year-old accountant who works long hours in a busy accounting firm. He is hoping to soon become a partner in the firm. Although Manny played football in high school and was in good physical condition, he no longer takes time to work out and spends most of his day behind a desk. He grabs fast food for lunch, if he takes time to eat at all. He also has smoked tobacco since high school days. He's thought about quitting but with all the stress lately, he feels he needs a cigarette several times a day to relax. Manny's father had diabetes and suffered his first of two heart attacks at age 35. His father died from the second attack at age 37.
