Place these words and definitions on the class "word wall," on an easel or chart, or use some other visual cue.
This is a concept and skills assessment, asking students to write an article about solving a sleep problem. Distribute the ʺSleep Barriers Backgroundʺ sheet. Tell students they can use the information it contains when completing their writing assignment.
The handout can be printed for each student – or projected onto a whiteboard for classroom discussion. Optional: Review the scoring rubric with students to help them best understand how their answers will be assessed.
